TRUST DECLARATION
I, Freeman Michael-John of Bernicia, do hereby declare that the UNIVERSAL COMMUNITY OF SELF-REALISATION TRUST has been formed for the purposes of granting to every BENEFICIARY named under this declaration the benefit of permanent credit to acquire every item, whether naturally occurring or organically manufactured by the parties to the trust, as well as every service provided for the community, until such time that their immortal spirit leads them to other experiences.
GRANTOR’S COVENANT
By this declaration, made in the City of Nottingham on the tenth day of July in the Gregorian year known as AD 2010, my person hereby covenants to guarantee payment of every verifiable liability of the UNIVERSAL COMMUNITY OF SELF-REALISATION TRUST and its BENEFICIARIES, upon presentment of the appropriate documents to the SOVEREIGN TRUSTEES of the PERMANENT CREDIT FACILITY, created today for the purposes of facilitating the acquisition of the necessary infrastructure of the trust.

PLEDGE OF SOVEREIGN TRUSTEES
We, the undersigned SOVEREIGN TRUSTEES of the PERMANENT CREDIT FACILITY, do hereby pledge that we will use our best endeavours with the utmost due diligence in the administration and maintenance of the PERMANENT CREDIT FACILITY for the maximum benefit of the trust, and undertake to provide permanent credit to the GRANTOR of the COVENANT of the UNIVERSAL COMMUNITY OF SELF-REALISATION and its BENFICIARIES, without levying charges of any and all descriptions or seeking to profit individually or collectively by any means whatsoever, for as long as each individual is a party to the trust.
