What is UNIVERSAL COMMUNITY TRUST?
UNIVERSAL – that which exists in the material Universe.
COMMUNITY – a group of sentient beings living together in common unity.
TRUST – the faithful reliance upon that which we cannot control.
Even staunch atheists sometimes admit that everything and everybody in all of material existence is part of the Universe. It is also seldom contended, even by proponents of globalisation, that common unity is not exactly what holds every Community together, by way of some form of expression or implication of the binding energy Mankind has described as Trust, without which, any relationship, whether between Male and Female, the Sun and its Solar System or Consciousness and Creation, can only dysfunction, since Universal Trust is a function of Natural Law between entities, beings and creatures and exists in its own right, irrespective of whether or not it is recognised by Man-made law, religion or philosophy.
It is therefore self-evident that a Universal Trust naturally arose between Mankind and the Earth at the dawn of our existence on this planet. The Earth provided us with the environment most conducive to the fulfillment of the Man’s true nature, as the immortal beneficiary of Divine Consciousness in physical form. In other words, Mankind has the benefits and responsibilities of living on the beautiful, bountiful Earth, subject to our own Freewill and Natural Law, in a Universal Trust in which each of us is free to realise the Supreme Reality of Consciousness, Existence and Bliss, along with the unique roles we each perform within the Eternal Cycles of the Electric Universe, as our binary solar system spirals though infinite space and time.
What is the Universal Community of Self-Realisation?
The Universal Community of Self-Realisation was founded by Michael of Bernicia, following his declaration to Elizabeth II of the House of Windsor that it was and remains part of his Mission to do so, in order to facilitate the emergence of a spiritually attuned environment which recognises the that the gift of Unconditional Love is a prerequisite for the identification, nurture and fulfillment of our true purposes here on Earth in these present physical incarnations.
This Mission has taken material form as a template which could be applied in any community, for the benefit of all life on Earth, as expressed in the documents, deeds, declarations and instruments created by the founding sovereign, which have been granted into perpetual trust for the maximum benefit of Mankind, with the aim of bringing about peace, freedom and harmonious abundance to all corners of the Earth under the guiding principles of Natural Law.
So what about the *UNIVERSAL COMMUNITY TRUST?*
The Founder and the Trustees of the Universal Community of Self-Realisation have formed a community of sovereign indigenous nations known as UNIVERSAL COMMUNITY TRUST [UCT], in order to provide every self-governed SOVEREIGN COMMUNITY TRUST within its jurisdiction the means to settle all valid financial obligations and to create the credit necessary to acquire land and infrastructure required to build new environments, for the purposes of living freely in peace, in harmony with Nature, rather than exploiting the Earth and its inhabitants for private gain.
What’s the difference between a *SOVEREIGN COMMUNITY TRUST and a PRIVATE LIVING TRUST?*
Every completely autonomous SOVEREIGN COMMUNITY TRUST [SCT] is comprised of a group of PRIVATE LIVING TRUSTS [PLT], in which all property rights are and remain vested for the benefit of the next generation, in a genuine attempt to remove any and all opportunities for the future exploitation and subjugation of Mankind and the monopolisation of the Earth’s resources, by providing the means by which everybody can be free from debt slavery, perpetual war, famine, poverty, artificial scarcity and disease.
It should also be plainly understood that all Beneficiaries who have no land to make a home and live in harmony with Nature will be granted the means to facilitate this, free and clear of all legal encumbrances, as soon as PERMANENT CREDIT FACILITIES [PCF] are established by the Founding Trustees of each SOVEREIGN COMMUNITY TRUST.
For the avoidance of doubt, no property will be granted by any PLT to either the SCT or to UCT, which provides each SCT with the benefits of its Natural Law jurisdiction and access to permanent credit. The PLT will merely consent to the Common Law of its SCT, as expressed in the Treaty of UNIVERSAL COMMUNITY TRUST.
What does “my rights end where your begin” mean?
In the simplest of terms, this means that, under UNIVERSAL COMMUNITY TRUST, everybody has the right to do anything they choose, provided that does not prevent or inhibit the right of another to do the same.
By way of example, the right of one man to fill the world with music that makes his heart sing is only limited by his proximity to a woman who requires complete silence to practice meditation and yoga, whose right to do so is limited by the right of her neighbours to gather their friends in hearty and vociferous cheer at certain times of the year.
In much the same way, one family has the right to a parcel of land in the region of their birth or naturalisation, but that right is limited by the rights of other families to the same, since nobody has the right to take what is equitably and peacefully held by another. Similarly, no government has the right to take that which is rightfully held by the people.
